At aépho, every order is prepared with intention and care. Our shipping practices reflect our commitment to quality, thoughtful packaging and a refined customer experience.
Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During restocks, launches or peak periods, processing may extend slightly.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship nationwide across Australia (international shipping coming soon).
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $19.95 AUD
- Delivery timeframe: 5–9 business days
Express Shipping
- Flat rate: $34.95 AUD
- Delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days
Bulky / Oversized Shipping — Quote Required (From $49)
If your order is classed as bulky, we’ll contact you to confirm the final shipping cost before dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather or courier delays.
Heavy & Artisan Pieces
Certain sculptural, stone or oversized items require customised freight due to their delicate, weighty or handcrafted nature.
Shipping for these pieces is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.
If your order requires specialised or premium delivery services, our team will reach out with a personalised freight quote before dispatching your items.
We always aim to secure the safest and most cost-effective shipping option while honouring the integrity of each piece.
Fragile item shipping
Fragile, high-value pieces ship with signature required and additional protective packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you’d like your parcel left without signature, please add a note at checkout:
“ATL YES” + where to leave it (e.g. behind pot plant).
By choosing ATL, you accept responsibility once the parcel is marked delivered to the nominated location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel experiences delays, please check the tracking information first.
For lost parcels, contact us at hi@aepho.com and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve this promptly.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, your order will ship once all products are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please place orders individually.
